Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours of order confirmation.

  • ₹100 Shipping Charge for orders delivered outside Gujarat

  • FREE PAN India Shipping on all orders above ₹3,000

Express Delivery

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been dispatched from our store.

Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation charge of ₹150 will be applicable.

Lost Packages

We work only with reliable delivery and fulfilment partners. In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, we will initiate a full refund after verification with the courier partner.


Damaged Packages & Products

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel.

This video serves as important proof and helps us resolve issues quickly with our delivery partners.

Important

  • A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged products.

  • Claims submitted without video evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
