Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Naisargi Collection. We strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

At Naisargi Collection, we generally do not accept returns on purchased products. However, we do offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Size-related issues

  • Change of design preference (subject to availability)

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if:

  • You receive an incorrect product, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

  • Have the exchange request submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping for Exchanges

You may send the product back to us at your own shipping cost. Alternatively, we can arrange a reverse pickup service for an additional charge of ₹250.

Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the above conditions, your exchange will be processed.


Return Policy (Applicable Only for Wrong or Defective Products)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You have received a damaged or defective product, or

  • You have received the wrong item.

Important Requirement

To process any claim related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a complete parcel unboxing video is mandatory.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only when:

  • The requested replacement or exchange product is unavailable, or

  • A return request for a defective or incorrect product has been approved.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.


Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Customers may self-ship products to our store for exchanges or approved returns.

  • If you would like us to arrange a reverse pickup, an additional charge of ₹250 will apply.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items

  • International orders

  • Products damaged after use

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery


Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour differences may occur due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Photography lighting conditions

  • Device display calibration

Such minor variations are normal and will not be considered product defects.
